Intro

What is Peak Leadership?

The Peak Leadership program is an opportunity for you to develop important professional skills and gain practical leadership experience. You will learn from industry experts and leaders, exploring your unique personal strengths and participating in teamwork challenges. Find your strengths in leadership to stand out in the professional world!

What You’ll Learn as a Peak Leader

Speaker Sessions

These sessions help you develop your own leadership style. Watch and learn from professionals and experts on three leadership pillars: self, teams, and communication.

Self-Reflection

Self-reflection leads to personal growth and transformation. Peak Leaders are asked to reflect on their learnings, which builds their leadership and self-management skills. Self-reflection also equips Peak Leaders with the tools they need to discuss the value of their learnings with employers.

StrengthsQuest Assessment

Self-assessment and reflection allow you to learn more about yourself. Peak Leaders will complete the StrengthsQuest assessment, allowing them to discover their natural strengths and talents and understand how to develop these areas in meaningful ways.

Teamwork Challenge

Working in teams, Peak Leaders will come up with a solution to a special challenge, presenting your ideas to a panel of judges from industry. This challenge will be an engaging experience that provides an opportunity to use your creativity, resourcefulness, and leadership skills while working as part of a team.
