About the Role

About the Role
The Store Manager oversees overall store operations. You are responsible for hiring front-line staff, managing schedules, and resolving staffing issues to ensure adequate coverage. You ensure all staff deliver friendly, efficient service with strong product knowledge and accurate payment processing. You implement strategies, support process improvements, supervise staff, and address issues beyond the scope of associates and supervisors. You ensure all perishable and non-perishable items are properly stocked and handled according to policies. You are also responsible for cash and safe management, including resolving discrepancies, as well as overseeing ordering, receiving (Point of Sale) system updates, merchandising, cleaning, and stocking.
