About the Role
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and retail support at BCIT Student Association’s retail locations. This includes assisting customers with apparel and merchandise, managing inventory, making specialty drinks, preparing food items, cleaning, opening and closing duties, processing transactions, and supporting store operations. The Sales Associate plays an important role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, while embodying BCITSA’s equity, diversity, and inclusion values in all customer and team interactions.

The Student Engagement Ambassador support represents BCITSA at campus events and high-traffic areas to promote upcoming programs, services, and initiatives. This role focuses on student engagement, outreach, and awareness through tabling, conversations, and distribution of promotional materials.

About the Role
The BCITSA is looking for Student Services Assistant volunteers who can help with our front desk reception, administration duties, food pantry services, and (or) tabling at different locations on campuses.
