BCITSA 2025 Annual General Meeting

The BCITSA Annual General Meeting is an important event where the Executive Team presents key reports, including the President’s Report, draft financial statements, and proposed bylaw amendments (if any). The Director of Finance will present the audited financial statements, and attendees will have the opportunity to participate and vote on motions. Date: Monday, November 24, 2025 Time: 5:30 PM Location: Hybrid In-Person: Council Chambers, SE2 3rd floor (Dinner will be served) Virtual: Access will be via Microsoft Teams (Virtual attendees will be able to vote) Who Can Attend: Any current BCITSA member in good standing has the right to attend and participate.
