The Student Council, made up of the Executive Board and Councillors, is responsible for overseeing the Student Association and advocating for students. Set Reps help bring forward student ideas and concerns. These students contribute their time and effort towards improving campus life for their peers and moving our organization forward.

Council Meetings – Open Forum Rules
BCITSA Council has established new guidelines for Open Forum to ensure meetings remain focused on relevant student issues while respecting the legislative process. These rules prioritise member participation and provide a structured three-minute window for speakers to address matters within Council’s jurisdiction.
