This training session will introduce students to basic peer-support skills delivered by the BC Crisis Centre. The training is intended to provide students with practical life and leadership skills that can help them better support their peers.
The event will also help gauge interest in potential future peer support initiatives at BCITSA, though the training will not be formally framed as a program launch at this time.
