Exposure to loud environments is common in many aerospace and technical careers. WorkSafeBC requires employers to have prevention programs to reduce the risk of occupational noise-induced hearing loss, including annual hearing tests. As a student, you can get information early, to help establish a baseline and protect your hearing throughout your career.
