About the Role

The Director of Student Services is responsible for the overall management of the Student Services group comprised of Career Services, Entrepreneurial Services, Advocacy and Wellbeing. They assist full time and part time students across all BCIT campuses.

About the Role

The BCITSA is looking for Student Services Assistant volunteers who can help with our front desk reception, administration duties, food pantry services, and (or) tabling at different locations on campuses.

About the Role

The BCITSA Food Support Hub is an initiative that provides students facing food insecurity with access to a free pantry and community food resources. Working closely with the Wellness & Advocacy Coordinator, the Food Pantry Volunteer is responsible for assisting with various tasks associated with the operation, maintenance, and sustainability of the pantry program.

  • Volunteer shifts run the following times:
    Wednesdays: 9:00 am-11:00 am, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
    Thursdays: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
