The BCIT Student Association (BCITSA) Mentorship Program introduces students to industry professionals in their respective fields. Having a mentor while you attend school can give you some excellent tools to overcome any pitfalls or challenges you may face in your career (or it may help you obtain that ideal job in your field). The mentor’s role is to help you meet your goals, and give you industry tips, as well as provide you with guidance in business and academic strategies. This program is a great way to get objective, unvarnished advice.

BCITSA Childcare Centre strives to promote the child’s development emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually. Our philosophy is that each child needs to develop at their own pace in a stimulating, secure and responsive environment. Through a well-planned curriculum, our goal is to provide a variety of learning experiences in all areas of development. We offer a “play base program” for our children complete with science, language and math, music and art. We have a beautiful fully-fenced landscaped outdoor area complete with sandbox, climbing wall, slide, bike track, lots of room to run, and a covered area for those rainy days. We are located on the beautiful BCIT campus alongside the picturesque Guischon creek.
