After almost a year of living through the Covid-19 pandemic, many of us may be feeling exhausted, lonely, and unmotivated. To help you fight the winter blues and find your balance during this stressful time, the BCITSA Health & Wellness Department in collaboration with BCIT is inviting all students to participate in a 2-week MindBody Challenge – starting from Monday, February 8th until Friday, February 19th. During the challenge, you can sign up for daily virtual activities to learn strategies from health experts to help you thrive, win amazing prizes and have fun with other students.
