After almost a year of living through the Covid-19 pandemic, many of us may be feeling exhausted, lonely, and unmotivated. To help you fight the winter blues and find your balance during this stressful time, the BCITSA Health & Wellness Department in collaboration with BCIT is inviting all students to participate in a 2-week MindBody Challenge – starting from Monday, February 8th until Friday, February 19th. During the challenge, you can sign up for daily virtual activities to learn strategies from health experts to help you thrive, win amazing prizes and have fun with other students.


Step 1:
Complete this online 2021 MindBody Challenge Registration Form by the deadline of noon on Monday, February 8th to join the challenge.
Step 2:
Use the website schedule to sign up for as many events as you like!
Step 3:
Track your activities and after the challenge, submit the online Feedback Form by noon on Monday, February 22nd to let us know which activities you completed. Participants that complete a minimum of 4 activities will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw

This one-hour Recorded Webinar will be released on Tuesday, February 16th, and can be accessed at any time. Be a fly on the wall during this intimate conversation between friends and courageous leaders. All BC post-secondary students can access online chat sessions with a trained counsellor at here2talk.ca (Google Chrome browser recommended) or by downloading the free Here2Talk app. Students can also speak to a counsellor 24/7 by phone (toll-free 1 877 857-3397 or direct 604 642-5212). Students calling from outside Canada can dial +1 604 642-5212 (international calling charges may apply).
