The BCITSA Childcare Centre strives to promote the child’s development emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually. Our philosophy is that each child needs to develop at their own pace in a stimulating, secure and responsive environment. Through a well-planned curriculum, our goal is to provide a variety of learning experiences in all areas of development. We offer a “play base program” for our children complete with science, language and math, music and art. We have a beautiful fully-fenced landscaped outdoor area complete with sandbox, climbing wall, slide, bike track, lots of room to run, and a covered area for those rainy days. We are located on the beautiful BCIT campus alongside the picturesque Guischon creek.

We value the child’s individuality and growing understanding of themselves and their world. Learning is continually integrated and extended through play.

Our three (3) centres are licensed to serve:

Fifty (50) children aged 3 – 5 years;
Twelve (12) toddlers aged 18 months – 3 years
