October 2 – 5 is Employer Week at BCIT. A full week of Employer Info Sessions and Interviews providing you with a great opportunity to get the inside scoop on companies from a wide range of industries. Learn about job opportunities, labour market insights and more importantly, get valuable face to face time with employers.

The Canadian Armed Forces offers a wide variety of exciting and challenging careers that require little to no prior training or experience.

We are currently looking to hire for the following occupations: Naval Combat Information Operator (NCI OP), Naval Electronic Sensor Operator (NES OP), Sonar Operator, Naval Communicator and Weapons Engineering Technician. NCI, NES and Sonar Operators operate a variety of electronic sensors onboard Canadian Naval vessels to provide command with a tactical picture of what is in the area of the ship. Naval Communicators operate communications equipment and maintain computer networks on board the ships. Weapons Engineering Technicians maintain the weapons systems as well as radar, sonar and radio communication equipment.
