Harvest Box is a monthly program for students who want to purchase high quality produce at affordable prices. The Harvest Box saves money and stretches your food budget; adds a variety of nutritious fruit and veggies to your diet; offers new recipe ideas for produce in the monthly newsletter; supports local farms; and supports everyone participating in this food buying club. It’s like having a farmers’ market located right outside your classroom. Each box costs just $8!
The Harvest Box is available once a month near the end of the month. Purchase cut-off dates are approximately one week prior to the pick-up dates. It is first-come-first-serve with a limited number of boxes, so get your order in early. For a listing of all purchase and pick-up dates drop by the Uconnect or check out our Events Calendar.
The Student Associations’ Peer Tutoring Program is designed to help you succeed at BCIT. Having problems with a course? Putting in the effort but not getting the results? Do you lose track of what's going on during lectures? Do you find it tough to relate the lecture material to the homework and projects? You are in luck, because we have great peer tutors who are ready to help you.
This program is subsidized by the BCITSA to help enhance student success.
